If you feel that you have been the victim of an error on the part of your surgeon, doctor, optician or dentist we have the expertise to investigate and find out whether you are entitled to any compensation.

If you do feel aggrieved then you should first write to the hospital or practice and ask them to investigate and give you an explanation.

If you are not happy with the response then your next step is to contact your local Community Health Council (their telephone number and address will be in your local directory) and ourselves.
